Research
Broadly, I am interested in aquatic ecology and invasive species. I study the invasive macroalga starry stonewort, and aim to fill key knowledge gaps on its biology and ecology. The major focuses of my research on starry stonewort include: quantifying impacts to native plant communities, characterizing its phenology, and identifying environmental factors associated with nuisance growth levels.
